Our Site Manager, Sam, is responsible for overseeing the day to day activity on all our sites. He demonstrates an unrivalled dedication to producing quality homes.
A likeable and positive character, Sam leads the way by using a careful and considered approach to achieve the high standards he expects. His experience in various roles on building sites gives him a broad understanding of all trades.
Our Construction Manager, Paul, is responsible for the construction phase from start to finish. Utilising his 40+ years in construction, Paul identifies any potential design issue at an early stage so any adjustments can be made.
Paul draws on his experience to ensure we only have competent professionals on site, who he expects to operate to the exceptionally high level of craftmanship he expects.
Having overseen over £30m worth of build costs, his wealth of knowledge makes him an invaluable member of the team. His calm demeanor is clearly a by-product of the vast number of years’ experience he has in producing the highest quality of new homes.
Our Sales & Marketing Manager, Christine, not only heads up the sales process which includes our excellent after sales care, she is also the creative spark that helps design the stylishly modern kitchens and bathrooms you can expect with Kempton Homes.
Christine has 20 years in the industry which has seen her undertake these roles both individually and combined. Her amazing work is on full show when she sets up our show houses.
Our Accounts Manager, Paula Hudson, is the diligent and savvy person you wish for in Accounts. She helps keep everything ticking in a calm and professional manner and is vital in ensuring our fast moving business continues to progress. Her bubbly personality and humour brightens the office.
